PreLoc Series

PreLoc is engineered hardwood flooring with self-locking joints for rapid installation. It is 12mm (1/2") tick, composed of real 3mm (1/8") hardwood top layer, on a 9mm (3/8") plywood strip comprising seven layers of Baltic birch. Its main difference with the Engenius Series, is its anchoring system being present on all sides of hardwood strips. The self-locking ends use integrated, flexible plastic tabs for enhanced stability. The strips have a sturdy construction and precision cuts for enhanced value.

This hardwood flooring can be installed directly on concrete; It can use radiant heat, as long as the top hardwood layer is not an exotic. Usually used for Condos, Apartments, Cottages and Commercial applications. PreLoc is floating hardwood flooring, meaning, it does not require nails, staples, or glue. If you are looking for a cost-effective installation, that is environmentally friendly, PreLoc would be a very good candidate.

The PreLoc series' hardwood flooring is coated by SIGMA, a protective resin that provides superb UV resistance, extraordinary smoothness and clarity, antibacterial protection, and exceptional wear resistance and durability. Available gloss level of 40 degrees (Semi-Gloss).
